Problem 3 — Wrong Information Submitted
You cannot edit a submitted Singapore Arrival Card — resubmit with correct data and the latest submission automatically replaces the previous one, with no penalty for multiple submissions.
Can You Edit the Singapore Arrival Card After Submission?
No. The Singapore Arrival Card system does not have an edit function. Once submitted, the data is locked. This means:
- You cannot change your name, passport number, flight details, or accommodation address on a submitted SGAC
- You cannot contact ICA to request a correction to an existing submission
- The only solution is to submit a new Singapore Arrival Card with the correct information
How to Resubmit with Correct Information
Resubmitting the Singapore Arrival Card takes 3–5 minutes:
- Go to arrival.sg (or open the MyICA app)
- Start a new Singapore Arrival Card submission from scratch
- Fill in all fields with the correct information — double-check passport number, travel document type, and accommodation address
- Submit the form
- Check your email for the new confirmation with QR code
- Discard the old confirmation — only the latest submission is valid
Important: You can resubmit as many times as needed. The immigration system uses your most recent Singapore Arrival Card submission. Previous submissions are automatically superseded.
